The cottage sleeps a maximum of six persons in three bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with king size bed
- One twin bedroom on the upper floor
- A further twin bedroom on the ground floor.

The bathroom and the shower room are both on the ground floor.
A wood burning stove welcomes you into the spacious sitting room which has TV, CD player, books and games for your entertainment. Electric storage heaters supply plenty background warmth if needed.
The kitchen is newly installed and is well equipped and includes microwave and dishwashing machine .
There is a table for dining at one end of the open plan sitting room. The utility room has a washing machine/ tumble dryer and sink.
Towels and linen are provided.
There is a small garden at the front of the house and a spacious garden at the rear with a lawn and picnic area.
